One of my hens, Pippy (barred rock hen), has been standing on one foot recently, so I decided yesterday to soak her foot in epsom salts. After it was clean, I was in a hurry and couldn’t get a picture of her foot, so I just put Neosporin on it, Today, I inspected it again and it looked a little pinkish and had a brown dot toward the center. I’m fairly certain this is not dirt, when I tried gently scraping it off it wouldnt come off. Is this bumblefoot? If it is, how would I treat it?

Looks like relatively minor Bumblefoot.
Does she have a cut on the pad or is that just dirt? (red line)
How about the soft looking area of the toe? (red circle)
I see a bit of abrasion to another toe too.

Has this foot been wrapped previously?

I would not dig into the foot. Here's a good method to try, just make sure the wrappings are not too tight and you change them daily.
