Help! Problem with Automatic Door- Ador1

I do have to admit programming it can be a pain - I get distracted and lose count of the flashes.

This morning I replaced the board inside my Ador with an extra one that I had purchased. As soon as I connected the battery it started to beep. Also I set up my hanging light with a timer like I had it before (it will come on at 7:00 am DST for an hour and then go off and then come back on again at 7:30 pm DST for an hour, and I also set it for last call. Tonight I'll see what happens. I never needed the last call for my older chickens when they were chicks. This bunch of chicks have a mind of their own. When the light goes on or off the door usually closes within minutes. As the days get longer I can adjust the timer if needed.

I want to bump this for the same reason that the OP was having AND anyone else that had this posting on their alerts to get this.

I bought mine 2018 and installed inside the coop with the external sensor wire, had to sell the hens Fall of 2019 (due to crappy neighborhood kids ) but kept the Ador1. I took it off the coop and put it inside the house.
2021 late Spring I got hens again and hooked it all up. Everything going great till last month when I noticed it was not opening all the time but always closed. I tried everything in the trouble shooter, emailed the guy. Who said it was either the motor or motherboard

Any way I just ordered the mother board because the motor is fine. I am hoping that this works because I can tell you I am NOT HAPPY about this not working.
Yesterday I had a hen stuck INSIDE where the coop temp was 95º !!!!!!!!!! It closed for no reason while she was in laying....... 5.5 hours she was in there before I could get there to let her out ! THANK GOD I HAVE A CAMERA IN THERE !

If it was just the close that didn't happen I would be fine with that. I mean I have to go out and get eggs anyway.

I do have to say that he is very good at responding. All the other threads in the past that said they didn't hear anything must have had a glitch in the email system. Usually if I can't contact someone by email I will call though.

It was the mother board. I am happy it is working but not happy that after only actually using it for 2 years that the motherboard went out. $35 isn't too bad but add that to the price of the unit and it's getting expensive.
