Help! Quail with Cloudy Eye

Hi Everyone!
Thanks in advance for your help! I have always used this site for information on keeping quail and finally decided to join the community. Anyway, to the problem at hand!

I have a young quail hen with a cloudy eye. She doesn't have any redness or irritation around the head. I hatched her a few months ago as well as he partner, a male quail. I'm afraid that he may have pecked her eye and blinded her. You'll see she's missing a lot of feathers from mating. I'm attaching a pic of her eye.

While I'm not sure what's going on with the quail hen, (it could very well be genetic though) It's very important to have more than one hen in with the rooster to avoid over mating.

She seems to be able to see through both eyes, but I'm not sure. Out of the 4 eggs I incubayed only these two hatched.

I would definitely recommend separating them for a bit.

I have them separated for now. But then the male won't shut up!

I'm still worried about her eye though.
