Help required My Silkie Hen is diagnosed with Newcastle disease

My silkie has been diagnosed Newcastle disease by a vet doctor
He told me she can't survive a day but it is been three days since and she is still alive and today she started eating again and looked much brighter, though she is coughing alot
I feel too heartbroken to see my silkie hen in this condition
I started giving her antibacterial medicine and vitamins
I just wanted to know weather she will survive or not

Cull her quickly, put her out of her misery and stop the chances of it spreading to your other hens. If you don't get rid of the problem soon all of your chickens will catch it and die.

Newcastle's disease is a serious disease. Consider a necropsy to determine if in fact it's Newcastle's. Here's a link for you to read about it, a couple of paragraphs, scroll down:

Wild birds can also transmit Newcastle. It isn't common in the US though. What part of the country do you live? Here's some information about Newcastle:
