Help! Respitory infection

My whole flock is having repitory issues. Sneezing, coughing, swollen eyes and diarrhea. The closest vet that will treat them is 3 hours away. Is there anything I can do?
 
Have you added any new birds recently? It sounds like MG, but if they smell bad it could be coryza. Inwould try to get some Tylosin powder to treat their symptoms. Clean any gooey eyes and apply a small dab of either Terramycin eye ointment or plain Neosporin triple antibiotic ointment into any affected eyes twice a day. You can get tylosin here ata either of these places online:

Dosage for chickens is 1 tsp per gallon of water changed at least every 2 days. Jedds sells Terramycin ointment without a prescrition.
