Help!!!! rooster or hen?

i need help, i can't figure it out! Itsgot the longer tale feathers, but yet is blump like a hen plz help

Rooster, those are sickle feathers in the tail just like you thought.

Can you get a clearer and closer up pic of the saddle(on back in front of tail) and hackle(around neck) feathers?

Looking at those legs, I do believe it is a rooster.

Tail feathers say rooster to me.
