Help! Seramas developing fully and not hatching

I am very sad. I have had 2 clutches of Serama eggs incubate. They develop almost fully - to the point the yolk is small right before being turned into the body - and then they go no further and never hatch. I had one out of 8 eggs hatch. The other 7 did this. I don't know what to do! Any suggestions? Please help. I feel guilty

What is your humidity to hatch these little ones at. They require less humidity to hatch or they can drown in the egg.

Thank you so much for your help. I'm new to incubating. I set the temp at 100. I read on a website it was supposed to be higher. Humidity has been set at 45 - 50. Is that too much? What should it be set at before and after hatch?
