HELP,Setting Reptipro5000 temp!!!

I bought a Reptipro this year and thought I had the temp set right BUT I had an awful experiance with my first set.Out of 25 eggs only 2 hatched,2 piped but could not get out and the rest failed to pip,but were fully formed.
I had the digital readout set at 102.How high has anyone had to set theirs?
I am now testing it again and the water is not up to temp with the readout at 107!!

Why buy reptile bator to hatch chicks? You are not first one having problems with it.

There is more than enough excellent bators on the market large, medium and small proven and designed to hatch birds eggs.
