I have no experience with these bird but I love him or her! I would love to have a pet bird like that.

I got him/her from petco even though I was not expecting -ino parakeets there. S/he is very young and very cute.

I'm guessing female because the chest and feet colors

It's male.
All young males have a pink or purple cere. Albinos etc like this will stay pink for life, while other mutations turn royal blue.

I have raised albino parakeets for the last 5 years ans I think you have a female. The white around the nostrils is a big sign of female but with albino birds what looks female young will be male grown. They are hard to sex. A sure tell tell is watch the behavior the male with sing and Bob his head up and down.
