Help sexing bourbon red turkeys

These bourbon red Turkey pults were given to me. I'm not sure of their age or sex. Any help is appreciated.

They are much too young. Generally you will need to wait until 4 months old. The males will start to grow in darker chest feathers and the hens will be lighter at the tips on the chest feathers. Yours look to be around 2 months.
