I have 7 three week old chicks. Orpingtons and I hope the yellow ones are favorelles. I would like to know which are males and which are females. Any thoughts?

It’s really hard to tell at this age, usually it’s easier to tell around 6-8 weeks. Based of your pictures my best guess is

1 is female
2 is male
3 I’m not sure
4,5,6, and 7 are females.
I could be wrong but that’s my best guess! I hope this helps

Thanks! Still researching but everyone has a different opinion. I read that presence of tail feathers is an indicator for female. Will just wait and see!
