Help sexing Easter Egger 10wks

Hope you wonderful folks can help me out. Pullet or no? Came sexed from the hatchery but Falcon here (blue one) has begin showing a lot more red since beginning molting again. Aprox. 10 weeks. Also not a hundred percent sure about the blonde one either though I suspect she is a pullet. Thanks in advance!
