Here are my chicks at 7.5 Weeks and really need some sexing help...here.are pics

That's because we're all just guessing, especially when they are so young.

My GLW looked way roo-ish when they were tiny and ended up both being pullets.
 
Wyandottes can be tricky to sex. They seem to throw off a lot of people. In general, patchy coloring often means rooster and so does a comb that turns pink early on. Wyandotte pullets get some pink in the comb much earlier than most breeds and hatchery pullets also often have uneven patterns that make them look masculine. Yours looks pullety to me but a closer photo showing comb and wattles would help to confirm it.
