I have a 3 month old Black Langshan who is deteriorating. She has lost weight, still eats, but does not drink. We started her on Tylan 50 injections. She has had 3 injections so far and no changes. No facial swelling, or discharge from eyes, nose, or mouth. She is floppy, and droopy. She does not have an odor either. Secluding herself from the other birds. She does have a raspy voice, and diarrhea. She is the second bird we have had like this. We lost the first one.
I know to seclude her, she is eating oatmeal, eggs, and her normal scratch.
Really trying to treat this at home and not go to a vet. This is our first time raising chicks and it is not going so well. My fear is they will all eventually get it and we will have to start over!

Im not sure whats wrong with her.
Hmm she might have an illness or infection.
Best thing to so is keep her seperated.
Access to food and water at all times.

I have tiny budgie seeds. They are eaiser for them to eat. I also use plain weetabix and some water to make a mixture. Place in a syringe if the bird is not eating well and force feed it. It sounds mean but it needs to be healthy, keep its weight up. Also give water if not drinking.

Alao i use poultry tonic (from feed stores) to help.

Keep an eye on her. Warm her up if needed. If shs feels cold.

Let me know how she is doing.

She does eat! I have been giving oatmeal, scrambled eggs, and even mealworms. I have also been using vet rx on her.
I really feel like this is a sinking ship! Thanks for your help! I will put her in isolation and see if that helps.

Have you taken some of her poop to the nearest vet for a fecal test?
Worms are no fun and can kill.
