I think you may be underestimating the seriousness of the situation. It might help to google some info on sour crop. If your hen is sick enough that she is lethargic, and it is sour crop to the point that her crop is a balloon, then food/fluid is not emptying from her crop to her stomach and she is effectively not getting any fluids or nutrition through her system. The issue is less that it could be contagious (if it is, all the other hens already have been exposed to it) and more that you hen is probably in a life-threatening crisis.

Several people on this forum have used monistat to treat sour crop,comes with 3 tablets,cut each tablet into 3 so that you have 9 pieces(or more if chick is small)give 1 tablet 2 times a day. Everyone has had success with this method. You can look up info on forum.

Many people recommend treating sour crop with olive or vegetable oil given orally up to a teaspoonful a day with a dropper or syringe by mouth, then massage the crop several times a day. Isolate the chicken with water only in a cage for 24 hours. The next day you can offer plain yogurt and a little applesauce. If the chicken is having bowel movements, the 3rd day you can offer some other soft foods. Be sure to keep the grass cut short because swallowing long strands of grass (or string or twine) can cause sour and impacted crop.

X2! If no poop is coming out, I would suspect a repro issue started this. Can you take her to a vet?
