"HELP" Sick chicken, don't know what else to do to help her

I have a 5 year old hen (rhode island red) who is not herself. First noticed a dirty back end, thought she had an egg stuck, but turns out not. She is slow mowing, tail is down, and her comb is laying over but not dis-colored. Gave her an antibiotic, nothing happened, tried a de-wormer and she is still the same. She still eats and drinks and is alert. Any other ideas what might be wrong or could it be just old age?

Inspect her for lice/mites, especially around the vent area.

Try giving her a bath and see if you find anything. If not the answer is obivous, she's ether got something inernal or its just old age, that should narrow down the search for you.

Have you thought of gleet? I would look it up. Also check for mites. If it's neither, then it probably because she's old and fading =(
