Help! sick flock

Chickens and turkeys have yellow-orange droppings and sores on head. Any suggestions would be appreciated, three have already died.

Pics of the sores would probably help. If you still have the dead birds, take them to a vet or if you have a diagnostic lab close by have a necropsy done, it's fairly inexpensive to have necropsies done on poultry.
