HELP Sick hen, I don't know what is wrong

I have a 2-3 year old wellsummer hen that is sick and has been for a week now. She is droopy and always looks cold her eyes are half open. She barely moves and hasn't layed and egg this week, her comb is a pale pink. I don't know what is wrong. I have her in a chicken jacket that I made to keep her warm. Can I please have some help.
(I made a diffrent post but I wasn't getting any reply's.)

Does her belly look/feel swollen?
Can you insert a gloved finger into her vent to feel for an egg?
Try giving her half a crushed up calcium tablet or tums.
