HELP! Sick Pullet?

I recently found one of my pullets this evening sick.
She is very immobile, breathing heavy, won't eat, and lays on her chest with her legs back. She also lays there with her beak open slightly. She will drink when forced to...but i have no idea what this is??? Can you help?

Hi there,
I responded to your other post.
The first thing to do is to isolate the chicken and make sure she is warm and dry with access to food and water.

Check over her body to make sure there are no injuries, swellings, or hot spots.
