Help, sick silkie

4 mo old silkie. Was fine yesterday today it is gasping and acting like it has something caught in its throat. Have been giving it water and a little vit. E with a dropper but don't see any improvement yet. I don't want to lose it. They are so sweet. Any ideas?

can you take a Qtip and slide it down into it's throat just a little and see if anything comes out red and looking like a worm? might be gape worm. Is it able to hold it's head at normal angle?
