Help. Sick turkey?

I have a 3,4 month turkey. Noticed Saturday it was limping. Today, s/he will not stand up . Put s/him in a separate cage . I think the other turkeys started pecking at his, her wing. Could it be the turkey is just fat, or could it be sick? Eats and drinks just fine
