I just moved my 5 week olds from the brooder box to the larger coop yesterday, and a friend accidently stepped on my favorite Barred Rock, the largest and friendliest of the dozen. At first she seemed very injured, holding her head awkwardly and wobbling, flapping, etc. She also was holding her beak open. (I was horrified!) But an hour later she looked ok and today seems normal. Should I still be worried? Is that sort of behavior natural with an injury? Help!
