Help! Something is on my chicken!

This is a first for me and I’m super worried! My new baby silkie has these little brownish red bugs on it. They’re not super tiny and look kinda flat (I’ll include photos). They’re all over her in various spots. I want to treat her right away as well as the other birds if necessary and prevent future outbreaks. Can anyone help me identify what these are and the best course of action please?

Lice. This is an easy/hard fix. Dust the bird with any good poultry dust or even Sevin 5. Be sure to clean everything and use the dust on perches, floor, nest boxes. Not a dangerous situation if taken care of promptly, but it sure is an aggravation getting rid of the pests.

Will these lice affect quail or ducks?
