Help something wrong with my hen

So we have this hen she is a mixed hen and I got her about a month ago along with three others and we put her in with our rooster and they work very well together. Her name is Lacey and she was a big girl and seemed to be happy with her new surrounding. The last few days she has not been herself...I'm not sure she is even laying any eggs....she has not been coming out of her pen to free range although she will.come out of the coop but she lays down and doesn't move much...we picked her up yesterday and noticed she has lost weight. She is talking to us like she normally does and today she seems to act week. I don't see any signs of mites or worms but I'm not sure. The other hens tend to stay right with her at night and the rooster stay right with her. Usually she is his favorite hen but he hasn't even been trying to mount her. What should I do? Any advice? Would it stress her out to separate her?

How old is she? Have you wormed her or the other chickens recently? Confine her to a cage with food and water for 24 hours, and look at her droppings for any diarrhea, blood, or off-color droppings. Give her some chopped eggs, tuna, liver, or some buttermilk on breadcrumbs. If you have electrolytes and vitamins, add some to the water. Feel of her crop and then again first thing an the morning before she eats. Make sure that she can move both legs and wings. Feel of her lower abdomen for any swelling or fluid.
