How can I help prevent this? Only 3 out of 11 do this. There is nothing she can get to to hop up to that level, it’s like a 6-7 foot fence, we clip wings. We do the wings one side at a time since o know they can “adjust” each time. Idk what else to do.

Maybe try carefully clipping the wings a bit shorter. If that doesn't work, you can either just accept the behavior or put her in a coop with a covered run. Some chickens are just wily.

They were in a covered run and found a way to get up and onto the cover. Which is the orange netting in the picture.

Wow, those are some crafty chickens. I would check the net for holes, and then put it back up so that it is tighter. There must be some way to stop them from getting through.
Ya. Got them locked up today so later I can go out and check everyone’s wings.

A better cover?
It's not clear in the pic who the cover was attached or even just what it was covering.
Attached the the fences. It’s covering our meat run which we also use when we introduced nee flock to old flock since it’s side by side.
