help. .. swollen foot

my 1 year old buff roo can not walk on his right foot. It is swollen in the pad area and has heat. Not bumble foot. No scabs, cuts or marks. It hads been a month of my wrapping his foot with no luck. Should I wrap, splint?

It may help to show both feet to see the difference. Some causes of swelling in a foot could be mycoplasma (MS,) gout, and viral or bacterial arthritis

Here is a picture of both of his feet. He is eating and drinking. Just can't walk.

Wow, there is a significant difference in the size of those feet. How do his joints in the affected foot look? Gout or MS may be possible causes. What type of food does he get? Does he have any sores on his breast bone? Have there been any respiratory issues in the flock?

His joints on the affected foot look fine. The swelling in primarily in the pad. He is eating Dunmore layer crumble with the hens. There hasn't been any respiratory issues in the flock.
