Help - Think I may have a crop issue

I am new at having any issues with my girls but the last two days my Rhode Island Red has been off her feed, is lethargic and not interested in much. I was reading an article on on Backyard Chicken "Crops And Their Story Symptoms, Diagnosis and Treating Crop Issues". When I went out to feel her crop I massaged it a bit and 1/4-1/2 teaspoon of fluid came up and out her beak. Also as I held her she dropped her head and I noticed a bit of fluid coming out her bottom. Does this sound like a crop issue?

Can you put her to bed and wait until morning and check the crop and see if it empties overnight?

I have her in a cage in the coup so I could watch her today. I put water and feed in the cage which is rather large to give her room to move. Do I need to do anything else?
