HELP- TOE PECKING?

Hi all,

I'm new to poultry keeping and this is the first time that Ive had chicks. My two partridge wyanndotte chicks (Dazzle and Pip) are two weeks old today and I noticed that Dazzle, the larger chick of the two has sore toes.

Is it two pecking? If so what can I do to prevent more/ help him?

What do you have for their bedding it could be pecking or it could be bedding.

They are on paper towels.

1 that isn't the best because while there is less slippage than a magazine they can still slip, I would say that it is
toe pecking put some pick no more on the foot.
