HELP turkey poults pooping out blood

my poults are pooping bloody stringy stuff out they don't look like their in any pain but what should I do

please help they are like my baby's

Sounds like coccidiosis ...You need Corrid from a feed store.

Okay, then they are old enough for coccidia. Treatment is amprolium (Corid, Amprol, AmprMed P, etc), or a sulfa drug (Sulmet, Albon, etc.), or Baycox.

What is what? If you can, go to Tractor Supply or any feed store and get Corid today, not tomorrow. You'll find it in the cattle section.

We don't have tractor supply near us but we do have garden stores but there all closed they have had it for a few days they don't seem any different and I gave them more food and there poo looks a little better
