We have power a water line was once there but has since been shut off and we had it quoted to re-attach and it was 4K so we are skipping that for now
We already have breed pens designed. Inside the coop there is 8 pens about 10x8. Appx

Can you run the line yourself with PEX? I had 3 days labor, 1 "lifetime" warranty trenching shovel, $85 in PEX (100' roll), a hose bib fitting ($6-7), and maybe $30 in PEX fittings (I own a commercial PEX crimper and dies for 3/8" - 1" - if you have to use "Sharkbite" fittings, it will be $80-90 in those alone. Almost the cost of my kit. I was an early adopter of PEX, one of my few really good investment choices.

That’s kinda what I was thinking but we don’t see anything! We want to put vents/fans in though!

I think that getting pro advice from the Ag agency would be a good idea.
