HELP VERY SICK Coturnix QUAIL with video

This quail hatched about two days ago along with about 20 others. The brooder is at 90 degrees F, and the quail have had food and water. All of the others are very energetic and seem to be fine. I did not notice anything irregular about him/her until I got home from school today. He is kind of limp, barely breathing through the mouth, and he may have had some kind of liquid in his nasal passage (not water, we have a safe water dispenser to prevent drowning!). Have you tried sugar water? I had a couple do that and I gave them some sugar water by dunking their beak in it like you do when you first introduce them to water a couple of times and they seemed to perk up.
