Help--Wanted: Black Australorp cockerel

Greetings, I am in the NYC area. Anyone here know how I can acquire a 4-5 week old male black australorp? I want to acquire one as young as possible, so I can tame him (but not a hatchling--my hens were hatched 6/30/2014). I know there are vendors who sell these, but I only want one bird. Anyone here know how I can acquire just one? (OR, should I acquire a pair, so I am not introducing just one bird to a flock?) Please advise!
