Congratulations on the new property, and good luck with all the work ahead of you. I bought an acreage in disrepair 13 years ago and am still working on it. I suspect I will be working on projects here for the rest of my life. And, that's fine with me.
Mary, @Folly's place, offered some good advice. I really like the Storey's book; in fact, I identified my mystery rooster with a photo from that book. However, unlike Mary, I LOVE goats; I got this place so my miniature goats could live in the country.
As far as your roosters, I would take a wait-and-see approach. Yes, you don't NEED three but maybe they've worked out their differences. We always had more than one rooster when I was a kid, and the boys usually worked it out. I have two young roos in the same coop, and aside from circling each other and puffing out their feathers every so often, they seem to be okay together. Plus, you already have one Dude in Charge, so maybe all will be well.
You are going to have so many adventures -- and I hope you take us along with you. Welcome to BYC!
