Help Week old stunted chick

I hatched 4 chicks they are about a week old now the other 3 look about a week old but the 4th one looks only a few days old. She had curled toes and I had fixed that and I had to drop feed her the first few days but she seems to be doing fine just really unsteady on her feet but no splayed leg. Any reason why she’s not growing at the same rate?

Sometimes they just don't thrive or need a bit longer to get started.
Does she eat and poop like the others do?

The first few days I was feeding it egg yolk, probiotics and electrolytes with a dropper. Now she eats with the rest she does get pasty butt and I do have to clean that but other than that she seems fine just really small.
