I tired to clean the nostril with hydrogen peroxide, but it is not softening it. I was able to clean out some chunk of the gunk. I will continue to do that, hopefully she can make it til the medication arrive, and I hope no one else is gonna be sick.I haven’t treated canker before, but her case looks pretty serious. The canker can invade the esophagus and crop wall. I would try to clean out the left nostril so that she could breathe easier. You can use a couple of drops of hydrogen peroxide on a QTip to help soften the nostril gunk. Then try to use a wooden toothpick or orange stick to gently dig the material out. Try to not damage the beak or nostril. Here is an article to look at:
