Help what do I do......

I have a girl that is standing, isolating, color still looks good on feathers, comb and wattle are still very red, eyes look good but her back end is high when she stands. She is now standing and closing her eyes. I think she may be my girl that is laying soft eggs. Bear with me ... I have 23 that all look alike. But with that being said, right where she sleeps at night, there was a yolk only egg drop next to her. Any ideas of what she may have and what measures I need to take to help her.

How old is she?
Is her crop empty in the morning? Check it early in the morning before she eats or drinks anything.
Any bloating in the abdomen? (Abdomen is located underneath the vent and in between the legs)
What do you mean by a yolk only egg? Was it a shell-less egg? Or just a yolk?
Do get a picture when you can.
