Help!!!!! What is this on day old duckling?????

Hey guys. I've never seen this before. None of my other ducklings have had this. Is it serious?? Anything I can do??
And it's very wobbly has been rolling on to it's back alot plus they little baby is shaking

@casportpony does that look like infection? @WVduckchick @autumn_g place the duckling on a soft cloth inside a bowl to keep it from dragging its belly through poop. Hopefully either casportpony or WVduckchick

Maybe.

Is there anything I can do?

Some people put Neosporin on them, some drip betadine or chlorhexidine on them. If mine I would put in an incubator or hatcher on a clean towel and hope for the best.
