Help! What is wrong with my baby chick's leg?!

Help! I just noticed today, that one of my chick's knee and under is super crooked! Since today was super nice out, I decided to take them outside(Only three at a time), and they loved it. Then, I saw it! A SUPER crooked knee and under! What do I do?!
