Help what is wrong

My hen has something wrong with her leg, her left leg hangs out to the right and she walks with her leg tilted and her foot curled this happened very recent her foot has some cockeyed form and idk what it is and it is only one leg they live off of 30% protein food and had Mareks
disease vaccinations she has nothing else wrong with her but this leg and foot

30% protein seems high. I’ve never seen a chicken feed that high but maybe that’s just me. I wonder if it’s a vitamin deficiency. Can you tell us more about her feed? Maybe a picture of the ingredients?
