Help whats wrong

chicken seems sleepy just lays in box seen drinking unknown if eating seen laying an egg no shell had shell stuck to rear seems bloated in the front (breast crop area ) seems like losing feathers around vent area cleaned vent area with water

she a sex link 1 yr symptoms 2 days poop type unkown (seen some poop in barn brown in color unusual unknown if it is hers) stays in nest box with straw seen her out today drinking the day before this started one of my silkies went missing have a 5 foot fenced area no sign of a struggle form the silkie ( feathers blood nothing ) just gone

just checked on her she on the roost with others seems like area right below the vent is larger than it should be looks like a slimey discharge ( clear to cloudy in color) from vent was giving them avia charge 2000 from Murray McMurray is that stuff ok to use
