HELP!!! When are my German Spitzhauben or "Appenzeller Spitzhauben" start laying!?!?!?

I have four of what I believe are German Spitz but later found out the real name is Appenzeller Spitzhauben, 3 girls and 2 boys and I wanted to know when should I expect an egg? Soon I hope they are about 20wks old, they hatched out on February 27th, 2012!

They will typically start laying around 21-22 weeks, about 5 months. When your roo's are mounting the hens, it's usually time!
