Help -white diarrhea, lethargy, puffed up, no appetite

I looked up Lash Egg, and that looks that's what it is, however, it has dried up. What treatment should I Do? antibiotic and vitamin D and calcium?

Yes, I would try these and see if they help.

Thank you for your help, unfortunately despite our efforts Teriyaki passed away a few days ago.She will be missed, but she had a very long and healthy life. Never was sick before, laid lots of eggs, was a hero to us and our other chickens, as she would always alert us to predators, and escaped many predators in her lifetime.
