Help with a male Guinea sneezing?

We have 3 male Guineas who are 4 years old. I have noticed one guinea who sounds like he is sneezing . Is this possible and what could cause him to sneeze? A cold maybe? Please give me your thoughts.

My guineas were sneazing a while ago. Are they in a dusty pen? One that has more dirt than grass? That was what was causing mine to sneeze, we got some wood shaving from TSC, spread them around in the pen and they were fine ever sense then.
Dusty food bowl may have been part of our problem too, I started dumping out the leftover grit in their food bowl every time I gave them fresh stuff and they havnt been sneezing sense.

You may want to check for a runny nose too. It is possible he could be sick. This is my first year owning any type if fowl or chickens so I don't know much about sicknesses.
