Help with baby chicks please!

So I had a late African gosling to hatch and I had 3 little game chicks. I put them together until I could incorporate the gosling into the flock. Today I find all three chicks with no tail/vent feathers and I’m pretty sure I know the culprit. What can I put on the chicks now that I’ve separated the gosling from them so that they won’t peck each other??? Thanks in advance because it’s hot hot hot in south Mississippi yal

Some options would be BluKote spray that dyes the skin blue temporarily to hide red skin, vicks, bag balm, pine tar, or other bad tasting ointment.
