Help with breed and gender

We got this little one 11 weeks ago. He/she was sold as a frizzle. Obviously it isn't a frizzle but I don't know what it is. I also am not convinced it is a she....

It's a Red Cochin Bantam.

I'm leaning roo, but sometimes these Cochins are so fluffed with feathers its difficult to see whether or not they are developing sickle feathers (especially since my old eyes aren't what they used to be).
