Help with breed and sex!

Got 6 chickens from a local garden store. New to chickens so not sure of the breed or sex. I have been trying to figure out from pics online but it is difficult lol I bought them june 18 they were still pretty small so I figure they were maybe a few days to a week old. So I figure they are 6-7 weeks old now. I am guessing pic 2 and 5 are roos and the other 4 are hens.

#1 Black Australorp or Black Jersey Giant, pullet
#2 no clue breed or mix? male for sure
#3 no clue breed, pullet
#4 Delaware mix? maybe pullet
#5 Delware x EE mix? pullet but not sure
#6 Buff orp x EE mix? (because of the beard) comb looks a little red but could be a pullet
