I'm new to all this too but it looks like a easter egger maybe.

What color are his legs? It appears that he may be a true Buff Ameraucana rather than an Easter Egger.

I agree since you're obviously using Australian terminology. In the USA, if they have tails they are called Ameraucanas. The term Araucana is used in the USA for a similar blue egg laying breed with tailless rumps. )

So I think she is a Wheaten Ameraucana from doing some Google Images research.
