Hello :) this little chick came to us last week, she had turned up on the doorstep of a friend. The friend tried to locate her family but had no luck and couldn’t keep her, so she’s come to join our feathered family.
I’m hoping someone might be able to help identify what breed she is? I don’t know how old she is (and hoping she is a she and not a he!!!)
I can attach more pics if needed.
Thanks!

Oh dear, that would be just our luck! Would also explain why no one came forward for the missing baby?!!
I’ve attached a better head shot showing the comb, but I think it’s a single comb, I’m not really great at chicken terminology!
Thanks for your help :)

ok, unless it is a mixed breed that randomly showed up lost... I would say it is a male.

It’s looking more and more like he’s a little roo! I have a few friends with property so if that’s the case hopefully I can find someone who’s willing to take him if he becomes too noisy for suburbia here!
Thanks for your replies :)
