I can't really see the two off to the right of the photo; the visible ones are a Production Red and a White Silkie. I agree that they look around four weeks old, and it's too young to tell gender for for sure; neither is screaming cockerel, but Silkies are near impossible to sex until they are nearly mature. The Production Red should start showing obvious gender in another 4-6 weeks.
Edit: Just noticed that weirdly enough the Silkie lacks any noticeable feathers on its legs, yet I'm fairly certain I can see it developing Silkied wing feathers. Possibly some kind of second generation Silkie cross, in that case, or maybe just a poor hatchery example.
