Help with breed

I got this 16 week old (I think pullet) as a Marraduna Basque, but after looking at a lot of pics on the Internet, this chick looks nothing like any other pics I've seen. Does anyone have any ideas as to what breed it is?

Looks like a mixed breed to me, possibly a cockerel.
